Online Registration for Admission

  • 21st August, 2024 to 19th September, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age 13  to 15 years as on 31st March, 2025 (or) 01 – 04 – 2010 to 31 – 03 – 2012 both days are inclusive.
  • Height & Weight  are not taken into cognizance as they are variable at this tender age.
  • Medical Test  will be conducted for Eyes, Dental Conditions, Hearing standards, & Knock knee.

Medium of Exam

  • English only

  • Exam Date will be intimated later

Duration of Exam

  • 2 hours

Mode of Exam

  • OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) based

Negative Mark

  • No

Qualifying Marks

  • 25% in each subject with 40% in aggregate for General, Defence & Ex-servicemen
  • In the case of SC/ST candidates, the minimum qualifying standards are not required and they will be admitted on the basis of inter-se-merit at the entrance examination.
  • In case of SC/ST candidates comes in the general merit on his own, he would be admitted against general seat and will not be adjusted against the reserved share of SC/ST seats.

  • Basis of marks obtained in Sainik Exam.
Tie breaking principle
  • Mathematics → Intelligence Test → English → General Science → Social Science → Lower Age

Validity of Result

Only for the Current Admission Year i.e. 2025 – 26.

Section II – English

Noun, Pronoun, Verb, Adverb, Adjective, Preposition, Conjunction, Article, Punctuation, Clause, Sentence and Tense, Active and Passive Voice, Direct and Indirect Speech, Rearrangement of Jumbled words, Vocabulary, Word formation, Comprehension.

Section III – Intelligence

Analogy, Classification, Series, Coding – Decoding, Logical order of Words, Ranking, Mathematical Operations, Word Formation, Blood Relations, Direction Sense Test, Logical Venn Diagram, Clock and Calendar, Inserting the Missing Character, Sitting Arrangement, Non – Verbal Intelligence.

Section IV – General Science

Force, Friction and Pressure, Sound, Heat, Light and Optical Instruments, Current Electricity, Magnetism, Matter and its states, Acids, Bases and Salts, Metal and Non-Metals, Carbon and its Compounds, Polymers, Cell: Structure and Function, Nutrition in Plants and Animals, Reproduction in Plants and Animals, Microorganisms and Diseases, Body Movement and Blood Circulation, Our Environment and its Pollution, Food Production and its Management.
